Press Release
On September 30, 2022, Modiv Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Janney Montgomery Scott LLC initiated coverage of the Company with a “Buy” recommendation and a fair value estimate of $20 per share. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
