CME Group Announces 2019 Annual Meeting Location Change

CHICAGO, April 24, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- CME Group Inc. (NASDAQ: CME), the world's leading and most diverse derivatives marketplace, today announced that, due to ongoing construction, its 2019 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will now be held on the 14^th floor at CME Group, located at 20 South Wacker Drive, Chicago, Illinois. The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. Central Time Wednesday, May 8, 2019, and visitors should enter the building through the Monroe Street entrance.

The presentation will be broadcast live over the internet and can be accessed via the exchange's website at http://investor.cmegroup.com. Additional information about the Annual Meeting is contained in the company's Proxy Statement for the Annual Meeting, which was made available to shareholders of record prior to the Annual Meeting.
