On Thursday, March 5, 2020, Bill Wilson, Chief Executive Officer, and Stuart Rosenstein, Chief Financial Officer, will participate in the Guggenheim Broadcasting Symposium at Guggenheim Partners' offices located at 330 Madison Avenue in New York, NY. Townsquare will be available for one-on-one meetings with investors.

On Tuesday, March 10, 2020, Bill Wilson will participate in the Deutsche Bank Media, Internet & Telecom Conference at The Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, FL. Townsquare will be available for one-on-one meetings with investors.
