On May 14, 2021, Winmark Corporation (the “Company”) announced in a press release that it will no longer solicit new leasing customers and will pursue an orderly run-off for its middle-market leasing portfolio. This decision is not expected to result in any material costs or charges. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 of this Current Report on Form 8-K.
