APPOINTMENT OF ACTING CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Shareholders are referred to previous SENS announcements, the last of which was
published on 28 April 2022, and are advised that following the resignation of Mr
Hanre Rossouw as chief financial officer (“CFO”) and executive director of the
Company, the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”) has resolved to
appoint Ms Rotshidzwa Manenzhe, a prescribed officer of the Company, as full
time Interim CFO for a period of 6 months from 3 April 2022 (“Interim Period”).

The Company has obtained formal dispensation from the JSE for Ms Rotshidzwa
Manenzhe, who is not an executive director, to perform the CFO function for the
Interim Period.

Following a formal recruitment process, the Board expects to finalise the
appointment of the CFO and executive director once the current ongoing corporate
action is concluded and there is more certainty regarding the way forward for
the Company. It is anticipated that this will be concluded within the second
half of the 2022 financial year. Further announcements will be published in due
course.
