Royal Bafokeng Platinum Limited (JSE:RBP) News - Appointment of acting Chief Financial Officer ROYAL BAFOKENG PLATINUM LIMITED (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 2008/015696/06) (JSE share code: RBP ISIN: ZAE000149936) ("RBPlat" or the "Company") APPOINTMENT OF ACTING CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER Shareholders are referred to previous SENS announcements, the last of which was published on 28 April 2022, and are advised that following the resignation of Mr Hanre Rossouw as chief financial officer (“CFO”) and executive director of the Company, the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”) has resolved to appoint Ms Rotshidzwa Manenzhe, a prescribed officer of the Company, as full time Interim CFO for a period of 6 months from 3 April 2022 (“Interim Period”). The Company has obtained formal dispensation from the JSE for Ms Rotshidzwa Manenzhe, who is not an executive director, to perform the CFO function for the Interim Period. Following a formal recruitment process, the Board expects to finalise the appointment of the CFO and executive director once the current ongoing corporate action is concluded and there is more certainty regarding the way forward for the Company.
