NOTICE OF DIVIDEND PAYMENT
Shareholders are referred to the dividend declaration announcement dated 9 March 2022
(“Announcement”), in terms of which the Company advised that it would make payment of a
dividend to shareholders on the South African register (“Dividend”), as set out in the
Announcement, on Tuesday, 15 March 2022 (“Dividend Payment Date”) and the
announcement dated Tuesday, 15 March in terms of which the Company advised the deferral
of the Dividend Payment Date to a later date to be specified in due course.
Payment date
This announcement serves as confirmation that the payment date of the Dividend will be
Friday, 1 April 2022.
