UPDATE TO DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATE
Shareholders are referred to the dividend declaration announcement dated 9 March 2022
(“Announcement”), in terms of which the Company advised that it would make payment of a
dividend to shareholders on the South African register, as set out in the Announcement, on
Tuesday, 15 March 2022 (“Dividend Payment Date”).
Shareholders on the South African register are hereby advised that the Dividend Payment
Date has been delayed due to a payment processing issue and the Company shall notify
shareholders as soon as it has confirmation of the new Dividend Payment Date.
DKR has a primary listing on the Prime Standard on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and the
Berlin Stock Exchange and a secondary listing on the JSE.
