APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Further to the announcement released by the Company on SENS on 11 February 2022 relating to the
resignation of the company secretary, shareholders are now advised that Delta has appointed FluidRock Co
Sec (Pty) Ltd as the company secretary with effect from 1 April 2022.
