CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Further to the announcement released on SENS on 4 December 2020, in which it was indicated that the
Company was in the process of recruiting a permanent Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) for Delta, 
shareholders are advised that the Board of Delta (“the Board”) has appointed Mr Siyabonga (“Siya”) Mbanjwa 
as permanent CEO with effect from 1 February 2022.

Mr Mbanjwa is a seasoned executive with more than 24 years of experience in the construction and property
sector. He holds a Master of Science degree and an MBA, and has occupied roles at Old Mutual Properties,
Crowie Holdings, SENER and most recently occupied the role of managing director of Pace Property Group.
The Board welcomes Siya’s appointment as CEO and his appointment to the Board of Delta.

The Board expresses sincere thanks and gratitude to Ms Bongi Masinga for her guidance as the interim CEO
over the last 15 months, and is grateful to her for extending her tenure to 31 January 2022. To ensure
continuity, finalisation of discussions underway and in keeping with transitional arrangements in situations
of this nature, Ms Masinga will remain in an executive role for a period of up to 12 months.
