INTERIM RESULTS RELEASE DATE AND WEBCAST PRESENTATION

Shareholders are advised that Delta will release its reviewed interim financial
results for the six months ended 31 August 2021 (the “Interim results”) on
Monday, 08 November 2021.

Management will host a presentation on the Interim results via webcast on the same
day, starting at 10:00 (South African time). A virtual question and answer session
will follow the presentation.
