TAKEOVERS PANEL APPLICATION

DRA Global Limited (ASX / JSE: DRA) (‘DRA’ or ‘the Company’) advises shareholders that the Australian
Government’s Takeovers Panel (‘Panel’) today released on the Australian Securities Exchange a media
release relating to the Company.

The media release is entitled DRA Global Limited – Panel Receives Application and advises that the Panel
has received an application from a DRA shareholder in relation to the affairs of the Company. Shareholders
should refer to the Panel’s media release for further information.
