VOLUNTARY SUSPENSTION FROM QUOTATION ON ASX AND JSE

Shareholders of DRA Global Limited (ASX / JSE: DRA) (DRA or the Company) are referred to the
announcements released on SENS on 3 and 4 March 2022 in respect of the trading halt.

The Company would like to advise its Shareholders that the securities of DRA will be suspended from quotation
immediately under ASX Listing Rule17.2, at the request of DRA, pending the release of an announcement
regarding organisational changes.
