TRADING HALT ON ASX AND JSE

Shareholders of DRA Global Limited (ASX / JSE: DRA) (DRA or the Company) are referred to the
announcement released on SENS on Thursday, 3 March 2022 in respect of the trading halt.
The Company would like to advise its Shareholders that the Company’s trading halt on ASX is in effect until
ASX market open on Monday, 7 March 2022, and accordingly the JSE trading halt will be extended until
Monday, 7 March 2022.

DRA anticipates making the announcement relating to leadership changes prior to the commencement of
trading on Monday, 7 March 2022. The trading halt should remain in place until the earlier of commencement
of trading on Monday, 7 March 2022 or when the announcement referenced above is made.
