BOARD CHAIR AND COMMITTEE CHANGES
Datatec Limited, the international Information and Communications Technology (ICT)
company, announced on 10 June 2021 that Maya Makanjee will succeed Stephen Davidson
as Chair of the Board on 1 March 2022.
Also on 1 March 2022, Ms Makanjee will become the Chair of the Nominations Committee and
will step down as Chair of the Remuneration Committee and as Chair of the Social and Ethics
Committee while remaining a member of both committees.
Deepa Sita, who joins the Board as an Independent Non-executive Director on 1 March 2022
as announced on 3 February 2022 will also be appointed as a member of the Remuneration
Committee at that date.
Mr Davidson will Chair the Remuneration Committee from 1 March 2022 on an interim basis
and will also become Chair of the Social and Ethics Committee.
