CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders are advised that the Chief Financial Officer, Chris Booyens, will reach the compulsory retirement age
per the Ellies policy and will retire as CFO and from the board of directors of Ellies (“the board”) on 5 January 2022.

The board thanks Chris for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his retirement.

The Company has commenced the process to appoint a suitable replacement and an announcement in this respect will
be made in due course.
