UPDATE ON DIVESTMENT OF EIE GROUP


Shareholders are referred to previous announcements released by enX on SENS on 30 September 2021 and
30 November 2021, respectively, regarding the divestment of EIE Group to CFAO South Africa for an aggregate
consideration of R700 million (the "initial announcements"). The terms defined in the initial announcements bear the
same meaning as in this announcement, where appropriate.

Shareholders are advised that approval of the requisite Competition Authorities has been obtained. Fulfilment and/or
waiver of the remaining conditions precedent is expected to take place in the next few weeks. Accordingly, the proposed
transaction is anticipated to close in early April 2022.
