AVAILABILITY OF EOH INVESTOR PRESENTATION

EOH shareholders are referred to the pre-closing stakeholder update published on 28 January 2022 in
which it was stated that management are actively considering options for the raising of liquidity to pay
down a portion of the R1.5 billion bridge facility. In this regard, shareholders are advised that the
executive management of EOH will be undertaking a number of investor engagements over the coming
days in order to update investors on the EOH business and further its assessment of its strategic options.

The investor presentation that will be used by executive management for this purpose will be made
available on EOH’s website today at 08:00, 7 March 2022, and can be accessed via the following link:

In addition to the above, it should be noted that the investor presentation will not (and does not) include
