CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the following information is
disclosed:
Shareholders are advised that following an internal corporate reorganisation of the Ocorian Limited Group
(“Ocorian”), Ethos Capital’s company secretary has changed from Ocorian (Mauritius) Limited (“OML”) to
Ocorian Corporate Services (Mauritius) Limited, a sister company of OML within Ocorian. This change was
effective from 1 January 2022.
The change will have no practical consequences for the company secretarial services provided to Ethos Capital,
as the services will continue to be provided to Ethos Capital by the previous OML team.
