Equites advises shareholders that the company will be holding pre-close investor presentations in Cape Town
on Thursday, 24 February 2022 and in Johannesburg on Friday, 25 February 2022 relating to Equites’ business
activities for the financial year ending on 28 February 2022.

A recording of the Johannesburg presentation will be uploaded to the website on Friday, 25 February 2022.
