DECLARATION OF CAPITAL REDUCTION – DATE AMENDMENT
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 6 October 2021 advising of a declaration
of a capital reduction.
Due to the local government elections and the resultant classification of Monday, 1 November 2021 being
a public holiday, the payment date of the capital reduction will no longer be on Monday, 1 November 2021,
but will be paid on Tuesday, 2 November 2021.
