APPOINTMENT OF EXTERNAL AUDITOR

In terms of paragraph 3.78 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that, following the conclusion of a tender process, PKF Octagon Incorporated have
been appointed as the Company’s external auditor, with Henico Schalekamp acting as the
designated audit partner for the current financial year ending 28 February 2022, with effect
from 28 September 2021.

This appointment will be put to shareholders at the Company’s 2022 annual general meeting.
