DISTRIBUTION OF ANNUAL REPORT AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT
Shareholders of the Company (“Shareholders”) are hereby advised that the Company’s
annual report (“Annual Report”), incorporating the full audited consolidated annual
financial statements of the Company for the year ended 28 February 2021
(“Annual Financial Statements”) was distributed to Shareholders today, 7 July 2021, and
contains no modifications to the audited results which were announced on SENS on
18 June 2021.
The Annual Report and the Annual Financial Statements, incorporating the full auditor’s
report that includes details of key audit matters will also be available on the Company’s
website, at https://www.afdawn.co.za/annual-report-2021/ as from today, 7 July 2021.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting (“AGM”) will be held at the offices of
Elite Group, Horizon Shopping Centre, 3rd Floor, Corner Sonop and Ontdekkers Roads,
Horizon View, Roodepoort on Wednesday, 18 August 2021 at 10h00 to transact the
business as set out in the notice of AGM which forms part of the Annual Report.
The date on which Shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register of the
Company to be eligible to vote at the AGM is Friday, 13 August 2021, with the last day to
trade being Tuesday, 10 August 2021.
