APPOINTMENT OF LEAD INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the Company wishes to advise that Mr Brett Stagman, who is currently an
independent non-executive director of Afdawn, has been appointed as lead independent
non-executive director of the Company with effect from 11 March 2021.
