EXTENSION OF DEADLINE TO RELEASE AUDITED FINANCIAL RESULTS

UPDATE ON FINANCIAL INFORMATION
The Board of Directors of Go Life (“the Board”) refers to the announcements dated 4 May 2021 and 4 June
2021 regarding the update on the release of the Company’s financial results. The Board would like to
apprise shareholders and the general public that the Company will not be in a position to publish its
abridged consolidated audited financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2021 within 90 days
of its year end. The Company is only expected to publish its abridged consolidated audited financial
statements for the year ended 29 February 2020 by 31 July 2021 and for the year ended 28 February 2021
by 31 October 2021.

The Company is expected to publish its abridged unaudited consolidated financial statements for the
quarters ended 31 May 2020, 31 August 2020 and 30 November 2020 by 31 July 2021 and quarters ended
31 May 2021 and 31 August 2021 by 31 October 2021.

The Company has obtained the formal approval of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Limited (the “SEM”)
for the extension of the date for the publication of its abridged consolidated audited financial statements
as well as the quarterly abridged unaudited consolidated financial statements as stated above.
