EXTENSION OF DEADLINE TO RELEASE AUDITED FINANCIAL RESULTS AND CHANGES TO THE BOARD

UPDATE ON FINANCIAL INFORMATION
The Board of Directors refers to the announcement dated 4 May 2021 regarding the update on the
Company’s financial information. The Board would like to apprise its shareholders and the general public
that the consolidated audited financial statements for the year ended 29 February 2020 are still under
audit and the delay has been caused due a change in the team handling the accounting function within
the Company. To that effect, the same is expected to be completed and published by 30 June 2021.

Furthermore, the Company will not be in a position to publish its abridged consolidated audited financial
statements for the year ended 28 February 2021 within 90 days of its year end. The Company is only
expected to publish its abridged consolidated audited financial statements for the year ended 28
February 2021 by 30 September 2021.

The Company is expected to publish its abridged unaudited consolidated financial statements for the
quarters ended 31 May 2020, 31 August 2020 and 30 November 2020 by 30 June 2021 and that of quarter
ended 31 May 2021 by 30 September 2021.

The Company has obtained the formal approval of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (the “SEM”) to
delay the publication of its abridged consolidated audited financial statements as well as the quarterly
abridged unaudited consolidated financial statements as stated above.

CHANGES TO THE BOARD
The Board has appointed Mr Zaid Peerun as additional director with effect from 30 April 2021.
