Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcements of 13 January 2022 and 7 March 2022. The
Mandatory Officer circular, distributed to shareholders on Friday, 4 March 2022 included an offer by
B&B Media (Pty) Limited (B&B Media) to acquire all the remaining shares from all the remaining
shareholders of Imbalie Beauty for 0.90 cents per share, in terms of section 123 read in conjunction
with section 117(1)(c)(iv) of the Companies Act.
The directors of B&B Media, insofar as the information in this SENS announcement relates to B&B
