CHANGE TO THE INDLUPLACE BOARD


Shareholders are advised that Indluplace has appointed current independent non-executive director Selwyn Noik as
acting chairman. Selwyn has been a director of Indluplace since its listing in 2015 and has extensive experience 
in the listed sector.
