UPDATE ON RIOTS AND LOOTING


Shareholders are referred to reports of riots and looting experienced in KwaZulu Natal and Gauteng.

Indluplace’s buildings have not been seriously affected, with only minor damage to a building in the 
South East area of the Johannesburg CBD reported.

The rest of the Company’s residential portfolio has not been affected.

Indluplace continues to work closely with its security service providers and the authorities to 
ensure the continued safety of its tenants and to protect its properties.

Shareholders will be updated if there are any further developments.
