Shareholders are hereby advised that at the general meeting of the Company held at 359
Crocker Road, Wadeville, Extension 4, Germiston today, Friday, 4 June 2021 at 10:00 (“GM”),
the resolution was passed by the requisite majorities of the Company’s shareholders.
