Jubilee’s Annual General Meeting was held at 11 a.m. today (1 p.m. South African time),
Wednesday, 29 December 2021. Resolution 6 was withdrawn and resolutions 1 to 5 and
resolution 7 proposed at the meeting were passed with the requisite majority votes.
