CHANGE TO DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Shareholders are advised, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph
3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, that Ms MS Cleary will complete her
term of service as a member of the Group Audit Committee and will retire
as a committee member at the annual general meeting in May 2022.
Ms Cleary remains an independent non-executive director of the JSE and will
continue to serve on the Group Sustainability Committee and the Group SRO
Oversight Committee of the Board.
