   Mast Energy Developments 9 MW Pyebridge Reserve Power Project Achieves Steady
              State Operation and Commences Commercial Production

Kibo Energy PLC, the multi-asset energy development company, notes that its 55% subsidiary, MAST
Energy Developments PLC (“MAST”), today announced that	MAST’s	recently acquired 9MW Pyebridge	
Generation facility’s installation commissioning checks have been completed successfully, and that	
MAST’s	engineers have certified Pyebridge in Commercial Steady	State Status as	of 15 November 2021.
