PASSING OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
It is with great sadness and regret that Resilient announces the sudden passing of David Brown, independent non-
executive director, on Sunday, 19 June 2022.
David served on the Board since February 2019. He was the chairman of the Audit Committee and served as a member
of the Remuneration Committee and Investment Committee. David was a distinguished director who leaves behind a
legacy of principled leadership. David's experience and his clear thinking have been invaluable to Resilient and his
considerable contribution to the Board and the sub-committees on which he served will be sorely missed by the Board
and management.
The Board and management of Resilient send their deepest condolences to David's family, friends and colleagues.
The Board will convene in due course to discuss changes to the Board sub-committees, which changes will then be
communicated.
