RESULTS OF MANDATORY OFFER MADE TO UNIVERSAL PARTNERS SHAREHOLDERS
Universal Partners shareholders and the general public are referred to the various announcements
released by the Company on the website of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd ("SEM") and the Stock
Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited ("JSE"), relating to the mandatory offer made by Glenrock Lux
PE No1 SCSp, Glenrock Lux PE No2 SCSp and Glenrock International Limited (collectively referred to as the
"Offerors") to Universal Partners shareholders, in terms of the Mauritian Securities (Takeover) Rules 2010
(the "Offer").
The Board of the Company now wishes to apprise the market that the Offer closed at 14:00 (Mauritian
time) (12:00 SA time) on Friday, 17 June 2022, and the Offer was accepted in respect of 809,545 Universal
Partners shares, being 1.12% of the Company's shares in issue. Following implementation of the Offer and
the relevant transfer of shares, the Offerors shall collectively hold 25,562,411 shares in Universal Partners,
representing 35.3% shares in issue.
Universal Partners has its primary listing on the Official Market of the SEM and a secondary listing on the
Alternative Exchange of the JSE.
