CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders and noteholders are advised that, independent non-executive director, chairperson of
Redefine's remuneration committee and member of the social, ethics and transformation committee,
audit committee and the nomination and governance committee, Bridgitte Mathews, has resigned
from the board of directors of Redefine (the "Board") with effect from 20 June 2022, due to personal
reasons.

The Company has commenced the process to appoint a suitable replacement for her role on the
various Board committees and an announcement in this respect will be made in due course.

The Board thanks Bridgitte for her contribution to the Company over the past 5 years and wishes
her well in her future endeavours.
