CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In terms of paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised of
the change in company secretary as set out below.
Ms Ntokozo Makomba has been appointed as company secretary (in-house position) with
effect from 1 May 2022. She takes over from CorpStat Governance Services (Pty) Ltd
(“CorpStat”) who will step down on 30 April 2022.
Most recently, Ntokozo was the company secretary of Lewis Group Limited for more than 3
years. Prior to that, she was the head of legal and company secretary of Quantum Foods
Holdings Limited. Admitted as an attorney in 2012, Ntokozo holds an LLB degree from the
University of the Free State and an LLM from Stellenbosch University.
The board expresses its thanks to CorpStat for their valued contribution as company secretary
since 1 February 2020. The board further welcomes Ntokozo in her role and looks forward to
her contribution to the Company.
