HOLDINGS IN COMPANY

MC Mining Limited (the “Company") has been notified by M&G Plc (“M&G”) that as at 21 February
2022, M&G and its subsidiary companies held 7,840,000 ordinary shares of nil par value each in the
Company, representing 5.08 per cent of the Company's issued share capital at that date.

The total number of ordinary shares on issue at the date of this notice is 154,419,555.
