CHANGES TO INDLUPLACE BOARD COMMITTEES


Shareholders are advised that with effect from 28 June 2022, independent non-executive director Nindi Tetyana,
who is currently a member of Indluplace's Remuneration and Nomination Committee, has been appointed as
committee chairperson in respect of nomination matters. Ayesha Rehman will continue to act as chairperson in
respect of remuneration matters. Nindi Tetyana has also been appointed as a member of Indluplace's Social and
Ethics Committee.
