MTN shareholders (Shareholders) are advised that MTN Rwanda has released its financial results for the year
ended 31 December 2021, on the Rwandan Stock Exchange on 08 March 2022. As MTN Rwanda is a subsidiary
of MTN Group, Shareholders are further advised that these financial results can be viewed at
