MTN shareholders (Shareholders) are advised that MTN Uganda has released its financial results for the year
ended 31 December 2021, on the Uganda Securities Exchange on 07 March 2022. As MTN Uganda is a
subsidiary of MTN Group, Shareholders are further advised that these financial results can be viewed at
