Replacement of TR-1: Major Shareholding Notification
The following amendments have been made to the 'TR-1 Major Shareholding Notification' announcement re-
leased on 18 March 2022 at 13:04 PM GMT under RNS No 3032F.
In section 7 and section 8, the total number of voting rights of issuer figure in the initial RNS (166,477,688
shares) was a typo. The figure in the announcement below (166,447,688 shares) represents the correct re-
sulting situation on the date that the threshold was crossed.
All other details remain unchanged.
