Mustek Limited (JSE:MST) News - Changes To Board Of Directors MUSTEK LIMITED Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa (Registration number 1987/070161/06) Share Code: MST ISIN: ZAE000012373 (“Mustek” or “the Company” or “the Group”) CHANGES TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS The Board is pleased to announce that Neels Coetzee, an Executive Director of Mustek will take on the responsibility of Divisional Managing Director of Mustek, the biggest operating company in the Group. Shabana Aboo Baker Ebrahim will take over the position of Group Financial Director and assist the newly appointed Group Chief Executive Officer, Hein Engelbrecht (refer to the SENS announcement dated 1 July 2022). These changes are effective immediately. Neels Coetzee holds a BCom (Hons) degree, is a registered Chartered Accountant and joined the Group in 2001 as Group Financial Manager after completing his articles with Deloitte & Touche in 2000. He was appointed to the Board as Group Financial Director on 29 August 2008. Shabana Aboo Baker Ebrahim is a registered Chartered Accountant and holds a Masters in Taxation degree. She joined the Group in 2020 as Group Financial Manager and has had experience with the Group as the Audit Manager on the Deloitte Audit Team from 2016 to 2019. Shabana was previously an Associate Director at Deloitte & Touche and has experience in areas that include financial management and reporting, auditing, governance and compliance, strategy development and implementation and taxation.
