DISTRIBUTION OF ANNUAL REPORT AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT

Unitholders are referred to the publication of OCPF’s summarised consolidated financial
statements for the year ended 31 March 2021 on SENS on 29 April 2021, and are advised
that the annual report of OCPF for the year ended 31 March 2021, which incorporates the full
audited annual financial statements for the aforementioned period, was distributed to
unitholders today, 29 June 2021, and contains no modifications to the results as set out in
the aforementioned SENS announcement. The annual report is also available at

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of unitholders of OCPF (“AGM”) will
be conducted entirely by electronic communication at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday,
21 July 2021, for the purpose of considering and, if deemed fit, passing with or without
modification, the resolutions contained in the notice of AGM which forms part of the annual
report. Unitholders are referred to the guidance and instructions regarding such electronic
communication and participation, as set out in the notice of AGM.

The date on which unitholders must be recorded as such in the unit register maintained by
the transfer secretaries of OCPF for purposes of being entitled to attend and vote at the
annual general meeting is Friday, 16 July 2021, with the last day to trade being Tuesday,
13 July 2021.

BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT ACT (“THE ACT”): ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT

In accordance with paragraph 16.21(g) and Appendix 1 to Section 11 of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements, notice is hereby given that OCPF’s annual compliance report in terms
of section 13G(2) of the Act has been published and is available on OCPF’s website at
