No change statement, availability of the integrated report and notice of annual general meeting Shareholders are advised that Octodec's integrated report, incorporating the audited annual financial statements for the year ended 31 August 2021, (on which the company's auditors expressed an unmodified audit opinion) is available on the company's website, https://www.octodec.co.za/wp- content/uploads/2021/12/Integrated-Report-and-Annual-Financial-Statements-2021.pdf and contains no changes from the reviewed provisional annual results for the year ended 31 August 2021 which were released on SENS on 2 November 2021. The integrated report has been dispatched to shareholders today, 15 December 2021 and contains a notice of the annual general meeting ("AGM") which will be held through electronic participation only at 11:30 on Friday, 4 February 2022. As detailed in the notice, resulting from the continued impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the uncertainty surrounding the restrictions placed on public gatherings and/or the COVID-19 level that may be applicable when the company's AGM is to take place, the company has determined it prudent and appropriate to make the meeting accessible through electronic participation only, as provided for by the JSE Limited and in terms of the provisions of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, as amended, and the company's memorandum of incorporation.
