RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, York shareholders
(“Shareholders”) are advised that Ms Han-hsiu (Sue) Hsieh has resigned as company secretary of
York, with effect from 29 July 2022, to pursue other opportunities.
Mr Gerald Stoltz, the chief executive officer and interim chief financial officer of the Company said,
“I have had the privilege of working with Sue for over 9 years. Sue’s role, impact and achievements
extended further than her job title. I thank her for her dedication to York and support to the executive
team. I wish her the very best in her personal and professional pursuits.”
The Company will begin the process of identifying and appointing a suitable replacement and
Shareholders will be advised of the appointment of a new company secretary in due course.
