COMPLIANCE REPORT


The Board is pleased to advise that the Company has achieved a Level 2 BEE rating up from
a Level 3, which has been achieved partly through a sustained focus on training.

Shareholders are advised that the Company’s BEE certificate and annual compliance
report in terms of section 13(G)(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment
Amendement Act, 46 of 2013, have been published and are available on the Company’s
