RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Quantum Foods’ shareholders
(“Shareholders”) are hereby advised that Ms Marisha Gibbons has resigned as Quantum Foods’ company secretary
with effect from 31 May 2022, to pursue other career growth opportunities.
The board of directors of the Company would like to thank Ms Gibbons for her contribution to the Company during
her tenure and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
The Company will begin the process of appointing a suitable replacement for Ms Gibbons and Shareholders will be
advised once such an appointment has been made.
