RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders of Quantum Foods (“Shareholders”) are advised that at the annual general meeting of Shareholders held
on Friday, 25 February 2022 (“AGM”), all the ordinary and special resolutions, as set out in the notice of AGM dated
Monday, 13 December 2021, were approved by the requisite majority of Shareholders present or represented by proxy
at the AGM, save for ordinary resolution number 7.

Each resolution proposed at the AGM, together with the number and percentage of Quantum Foods ordinary shares
(“shares”) voted, the percentage of shares in respect of which Shareholders abstained from voting, as well as the
percentage of votes carried for and against each resolution, are as follows:

Ordinary resolution number 1 – Re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. (with Mr. Richard James Jacobs as
the individual responsible for performing the function of auditor) as auditor for the ensuing financial year on the
recommendation of the audit and risk committee of the Company and that the audit and risk committee be authorised to
approve their remuneration
