DISTRIBUTION OF INTEGRATED REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (“AGM”)
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s 2021 Integrated Report containing a summary of the consolidated
annual financial statements (“the financial statements”) for the year ended 31 December 2021 is available for
viewing and downloading on the Company’s website, www.bafokengplatinum.co.za/integrated- reports. A
copy of the report will be posted to shareholders on Friday, 11 March 2022.
Notice of AGM
The thirteenth AGM of RBPlat shareholders will be held virtually at 10:00 on Thursday, 7 April 2022, for the
purpose of transacting the business as outlined in the notice of AGM forming part of the 2021 Integrated Report.
Shareholders or their proxies may participate in the AGM and are encouraged to registerfor the AGM by contacting
the company secretary by email at lester@bafokengplatinum.co.za by no later than 10h00 on Tuesday, 5 April 2022
to obtain the relevant details and required link.
In order to participate in the AGM, the record date for holders to be recorded as shareholders in the securities
register maintained by the transfer secretaries of the Company is Friday, 1 April 2022. Accordingly, the last
date that holders can trade in the Company’s shares and still be able to participate and vote at the AGM is
Tuesday, 29 March 2022.
