Shareholders are advised that the Company’s annual compliance certificate issued in terms of section
13G(2) of the Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act, No 46 of 2013, is

Rebosis was recognised as a B-BBEE Level 2 Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment (“B-BBEE”)
contributor, which translates into a 125% procurement recognition.
B-BBEE contributor status is an important consideration in determining the tenure of leases that the
Department of Public Works and Industry (the “DPWI”) will enter into on behalf of user departments.
The DPWI comprises Rebosis’ largest tenant by gross lettable area (GLA) in its office portfolio.
